LEHIGH GENERAL POLICIES AND PRODECURES SECURITY

At LEHIGH SLIPGRIPS, we know that security is very important to our customers. As such we use SSL (an Internet standard) to protect you when purchases are made through our store. Never do we pass credit card numbers by e-mail or any other unsecured way, and never do we store unencrypted data. We do not sell our customer lists to mailing list marketers. SALES TAX

LEHIGH SLIPGRIPS charges sales tax on orders from the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

SHIPPING

Generally, orders are filled within 24 hours of receipt. If there is a problem with product availability that precludes shipping your order within three (3) business days of order receipt, we will notify you by e-mail. FedEx ground is the default shipping method.

RETURNS

At LEHIGH SLIPGRIPS, your satisfaction is important to us and we stand behind the products we sell. Products returned due to incorrect sizing will be exchanged. Worn products are not eligible for return due to incorrect sizing. We suggest products should be worn on a clean, carpeted surface to ensure proper fit. For defective returns, all credits are subject to inspection by our staff. If the product failed due to manufacturing or material defects, we will issue full credit. Products that are worn past the normal life expectancy or products showing abuse will not be credited.
