Great boot, but something isn't quite right...I've had several pairs of these boots and I can say these are the most comfortable boots for walking. I put in 10,000 steps almost daily, and these do not disappoint, up until recently. I received a new pair of these a few days ago and area where your heel rests was different from the past pairs I've received. Right away I could feel discomfort on the back of my heel, but I thought I would give it a couple days to see if it would go away, it didn't. I tried different insoles to place my heel in a different location, that didn't work. I'm sending them back so I can get another pair, and I'm sure the new ones coming are going to be fine.
