Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
Footwear offering metatarsal protection is designed to prevent or reduce injuries when the toe and metatarsal areas of the foot are exposed to "drop" hazards. Metatarsal protection safety shoes may be constructed with either internal or external metatarsal guards.
PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.

Avenger A7896 MetGuard Wellington BootThe Good.
Purchased these boots for an industrial environment. Boots are comfortable from day one, feel great on the feet, decent toe box room, comfortable to be on my feet for hours.
The Internal Met Guard is Very Snug across the Top Arch of my Foot so took about a month to feel right. Also, these Wellington Boots are not a good for large ankles.
