Excellent.I work in a profession were I needed shoes that met OSHA requirements so I bought these and I have to give them 5 stars. I they fit nice, I feel like I am walking on a soft carpet at home and they look good for an office environment. Definitely recommend.

Your slips might not be very grippedI work in a kitchen as FOH and sometime BOH. While these are definitely more comfortable than the average Walmart pick-ups, they aren't without their share of weight. I've remained on my feet so far but I have slid a few times crossing slick, greasy floors. Keep your wits about you and don't rely on them to catch you if you do manage to slip

Work shoesI bought these shoes for work because they looked more dressy. You do not have to tie them which I like. They are extremely heavy may just be because I have never worn sell toes before. I don't find the anti slip made any difference. They are reasonably comfortable I wear thick socks with them
My apologies, but this shoe only comes in the one width and only up to size 13. We do offer a number of other styles that have a protective toe that come in the size 14. They can be found at http://www.slipgrips.com/mens-shoes/shop-by-style/protective-toe/#prefn1=size&sz=12&start=0&prefv1=14.
