Feel comfortable and confident in the Atlanta Cool II. A new, lighter weight KEEN.reGEN midsole absorbs impact, yet resists compression, providing both comfort and support. A restyled upper retains leather, for durability and structure, and mesh panels for breathability. Pull loops on the tongue and collar help with foot placement while the quick cinch lace system allows you to control fit. Abrasion-resisting KEEN rubber caps the asymmetrical toes. And a new and improved rubber outsole earns high marks with ASTM slip-testing, yet continues to provide the abrasion, oil, chemical and heat resistance you need on the job.
A steel protective toe meets ASTM standards for impact and compression. And these shoes also meet ASTM standards for static dissipation. SD construction allows static build-up to safely discharge through your shoes to the floor, making them ideal for work around electronics.

Protective Toe
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
Static Dissipative
Footwear is constructed of materials that, when in contact with properly grounded floor surfaces, will safely discharge static build-up through the shoe to the floor. Our testing experience contributed to the SD standard established in Section 6 of the ANSI Z41 and carried over to ASTM F2413-05. -
