Description

This new introduction from SlipGrips gives you a lightweight, waterproof hi-top athletic work shoe with highly desired safety and comfort features.

Constructed with performance in mind, this black hi-top athletic work shoe reaches 5 1/2 inches in height with one piece construction and is made of an abrasion-resisting mesh with TPU overlays, making it breathable and durable. And this athletic is waterproof. Underfoot, a fatigue-fighting EVA midsole absorbs shock and a nylon shank provides support. The outsole is constructed with a DragonGrip rubber outsole that delivers ultimate slip resistance and flexibility.

Meeting ASTM 2413 standards for impact and compression, puncture resistance and electrical hazard resistance, this shoe offers protection for a variety of work environments. A weight-reducing alloy safety toe is designed to accommodate the shape of your foot, giving you a wider range of motion.

Inside this shoe, feet will rest upon a removable insole designed for comfort and performance.

  • Protective Toe
    Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
    Electrical Hazard
    Footwear is built with nail-free construction using steel composition toe caps to help insulate you from the ground retard conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meets and exceeds ASTM F2413-05 electrical hazard standards.
    Puncture Resistant
    PR footwear reduces the possibility of sharp objects (nails, glass or metal) penetrating through the outsole causing injury to the foot. Protection is provided by a steel or puncture resistant material imbedded in the insole of the footwear.
    Waterproof
    This product is built with quality waterproofing materials to keep you dry in wet environments.
    Slip-Resistant
    Built with an outsole design and materials that help provide slip-resistance and traction on various surfaces.
